Our agency's history in Brady stretches back nearly 100 years. It's a history built on relationships, personal service, and the trust of generations of local customers.
In 2009, President and CEO Timothy Walker had the honor of purchasing the agency alongside his former business partner, Bob Rice. For Bob, the purchase marked a return to a familiar business: he had previously owned the agency, sold it, and retired years earlier.
Together, Tim and Bob began the next chapter of its longstanding service to Brady. Tim became the agency's sole owner in 2017.
The success of our Brady office became the foundation for Citizens Insurance Agency's growth across Central and West Texas. Brady gave us the launching pad to expand our reach while keeping the personal attention that helped us grow in the first place.
